Ingredients (INCI): Mentha Arvensis Herb Oil, Menthol, limonene, Pinene, Terpineol, Beta-Caryophyllene, Citronellol, Linalool, Alpha-Terpinene, Carvone, Terpinolene.  

Aroma: Cool, sharp, fresh, menthol-like.

Volatility: Medium.

Primary Properties: Deodorizing, toning.

Effects on the Body: Peppermint oil assists in stimulating cell regeneration; it densifies, tones, soothes, and firms the skin, and contributes to the reduction of cellulite. It is beneficial for acne-prone skin. It helps neutralize bad breath as well as unpleasant body odors.

Directions for Use:

• Massage: Add 20 drops of peppermint oil to 100 ml of carrier oil (almond, avocado, apricot, grapeseed, or jojoba).

• Mouth Rinse: For bad breath, add 3 drops of peppermint oil to 100 ml of water.

• Enriching Face Creams: Add 10 drops of peppermint oil to 50 ml of cream.

• Bath (for toning): Place 6–8 drops of peppermint oil in the bath.

• Foot Bath (for odor neutralization): Add 5–6 drops of peppermint oil to the water in a foot bath or basin.

Contraindicated for pregnant women, nursing mothers, children, and individuals with an individual intolerance to peppermint. Attention! Highly concentrated! Store well-closed in a place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children! Perform a sensitivity test before use! In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water!
