Directions for Use:

Aroma Lamp: 5–6 drops—for calming, rest, and peaceful sleep.
Diffuser: 5–6 drops.
Aroma Pendant: 1 drop—for tranquility and inner peace.
Aroma Spray: For peaceful sleep, place 15–20 drops of the "Anti-Insomnia" composition in 250 ml of water; shake the bottle and spray the bedroom.
Scenting Linens and Pillows: Place 1–2 drops of the "Anti-Insomnia" composition on a cotton pad and place it inside the pillow, or 10 drops in a sachet and place it in the wardrobe with the bed linens.
