Online Store Opening Hours Monday - Saturday: 09:00 - 17:00 Sunday: Closed

Orders are accepted by the online store 24 hours a day, including weekends and official holidays. Orders placed after 17:00 are processed on the next business day. Orders placed on Sunday are processed on Monday. Ordered products are delivered within 2-3 days, depending on your location. If a product you ordered cannot be delivered, we will notify you using the contact details provided.

Delivery Products are delivered via Speedy courier to the address you specify.

Packaging and delivery costs are 3.5 EUR within Bulgaria, Romania, Greece regardless of the weight of the ordered products. For orders over  35 EUR, delivery is free.

The final price of the order is the sum of the prices of the ordered products and the delivery cost. All prices are in BGN including VAT.

Cash on Delivery: Upon delivery of the goods, you pay the courier the value of the purchased products and 3.5 EUR for delivery (COD).

Bank Transfer: Make a bank transfer to the account of "Rivana" Ltd. The order will be fulfilled after the transfer is received. Upon delivery of the goods, you do not owe anything to the courier.
