Safflower oil is extracted from a thistle-like plant with orange flowers, known as safflower or false saffron. It is extremely rich in unsaturated omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids. It contains up to 80% of a specific form of vitamin F (linoleic acid), which cannot be produced by the human body and is found only in minimal amounts in other oils. It also contains vitamin E and vitamin K.

Safflower oil is suitable for all skin types, is quickly absorbed and does not leave a greasy film on the skin. It does not clog pores and is suitable for acne-prone skin. Safflower oil has a pronounced moisturising, nourishing and softening effect on the skin. It improves skin elasticity and is suitable for dry skin. Applied on a cotton pad, it cleanses the skin.
