Your Rivana Account and the Reward Points Programme

Why is it worth having an account with us?

You can shop as a guest, but a Rivana account gives you real benefits:

• Reward points on every order – only registered customers earn points. As a guest, they are simply lost.
• Faster checkout – your details and delivery address are filled in automatically on every following order.
• Order history – see everything you have ordered and easily reorder your favourite products.
• Your points balance at any time – the “Reward Points” section of your account shows how many points you have and which order they came from.
• Wish list – save products for later. From time to time we email customers the products from their wish list, offering an extra discount for purchasing them.

How do you earn reward points?

Every order brings you reward points for each product in it. Points are credited automatically, but only for completed orders or orders paid online – you don’t need to do anything. Please note that if products are returned, the points credited for them are lost.

How many points a product brings is shown right on its page, on the “Reward Points” line. In value terms this is about 9% of the product’s price – as if with every order you get back nearly a tenth of the amount for your next purchase.

How much are the points worth?

The rule is simple:

100 points = €0.51 (1 BGN) discount

You spend your points on a future order – they can cover up to 100% of the price of the products taking part in the programme. How many points a product costs, if you want to get it entirely with points, is shown on its page on the “Price in reward points” line.

And best of all: points never expire. Collect them at your own pace and spend them whenever you decide.

A real example

You order Body Oil with Bulgarian Rose Oil for €17.85 (34.90 BGN):

• When the order is completed you receive 317 reward points.
• They equal a €1.62 (3.17 BGN) discount on your next order.

If you shop regularly, the effect adds up: three orders of about €25.50 (50 BGN) each bring you around 1,350 points – that is €6.90 (13.50 BGN), with which you could get, for example, a whole essential oil completely free.

Programme terms in brief

• Only orders placed from a registered account (not as a guest) earn points.
• Points are credited automatically only for completed orders or orders paid online.
• If products are returned, the points credited for them are lost. The same applies to cancelled or unpaid orders.
• An order paid entirely with reward points does not bring new points.
• Almost all of our oils, serums and cosmetics take part in the programme. The exceptions are books, empty packaging (flacons, bottles) and some accessories – their product pages have no “Reward Points” line.
• Points are personal, tied to your account, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
