Effects of the Oil: For centuries, pine forests have been known for their healing properties, thanks to the essential oils released by the trees. This oil is obtained by steam distillation of pine needles and buds. It is colorless or pale yellow with a powerful scent.

When added to a carrier oil (shea, coconut, almond), pine oil is ideal for protecting the hands, face, and lips during cold winter days, preventing dryness and restoring aging skin. In hair masks, it tones the scalp, stimulates growth, and helps combat hair loss and dandruff. Inhalations support the body's defenses, provide antiseptic action, ease respiratory issues, and soothe coughs and the nervous system.

Directions for Use:

• Massage: Add 20 drops of pine oil to 100 ml of carrier oil (almond, apricot kernel, grape seed, or avocado).

• Mouthwash: Add 2 drops to a cup of water for oral hygiene.

• Bath: Add 6–8 drops to bathwater (28°–35°C) for 10 minutes for a refreshing effect.

• Sauna: Add 10 drops to 500 ml of water.

• Hair Care: Add 10–15 drops to 100 ml of shampoo or hair mask to fight hair loss and dandruff.

• Aroma Lamp/Diffuser: Use 5–6 drops to refresh and purify the air.

• Aroma Locket: Use 1–2 drops for a deodorizing effect.

• Aroma Spray: Mix 15–20 drops in 250 ml of water, shake well, and spray the room.
