Frankincense has been one of the most significant aromatic treasures from antiquity to the present day. It is described in the Bible and other sacred texts as one of the three gifts presented to the newborn Jesus. For millennia, it has been used in spiritual practices and religious services as a means to purify the air, protect against viral infections, safeguard the body's energy field, and aid in meditation. In Ayurvedic medicine, the plant is used to enhance cognitive function, manage stress, and address inflammatory processes and joint issues.

The essential oil is obtained via steam distillation of the resin harvested from the bark of trees in the Boswellia genus. The oil is colorless or pale yellow, featuring a balsamic aroma with a spicy undertone. Indian Frankincense oil primarily contains monoterpene compounds, including pinene, limonene, alpha-thujene, myrcene, and terpinene.

For Dietary Use: Take 1–2 drops daily on a sugar cube, in a teaspoon of honey, or dissolved in 100–150 ml of water.

Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended daily intake! Keep out of reach of children! Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the packaging! Not to be taken by pregnant or breastfeeding women, individuals under 18 years of age, or people sensitive to the ingredient. Contains no alcohol, dyes, or preservatives!

Storage: In the original packaging, in a dry place protected from sunlight, at a temperature below 25°C.
