Online Store Opening Hours Monday - Sunday: 00:00-24:00h

Orders are accepted by the online store 24 hours a day, including weekends and official holidays. Orders placed after 17:00 are processed on the next business day. Orders placed on Sunday are processed on Monday.

Delivery

1. Within the Republic of Romania, ordered products are delivered within 1-3 days, depending on your location. If a product you ordered cannot be delivered, we will notify you using the contact details provided.

2. For orders outside the Republic of Romania, we will contact you via the provided e-mail to inform you of the shipping cost and delivery time to your country.

Products are delivered via Speedy courier to the address you specify.

Packaging and delivery costs are 6.50 BGN within the Republic of Romania, regardless of the weight of the ordered products.

Deliveries over 65 BGN are free only within the Republic of Romania.

The final price of the order is the sum of the prices of the ordered products and the delivery cost. All prices are in BGN including VAT.

Cash on Delivery: Upon delivery of the goods, you pay the courier the value of the purchased products and 6.50 BGN for delivery (cash on delivery).

Bank Transfer: Make a bank transfer to the account of Rivana Ltd. The order will be fulfilled after the transfer is received. Upon delivery of the goods, you do not owe anything to the courier.
