How to use

Massage Add 20 drops of bergamot oil to 100 ml of carrier oil (almond, grape seed).

Bath Mix 5–6 drops into 50 ml of carrier oil or milk, stir and add to the bath.

Shampoo and hair mask Add 10–15 drops to 100 ml of shampoo or hair mask.

Face cream (oily skin) 10 drops per 50 ml of cream.

Mouth rinse For bad breath — 2–3 times a day with a mixture of half a glass of water and 1 drop of bergamot.

Caution

Avoid treatments for at least 12 hours before sun exposure, as the oil is phototoxic. Do not apply to the skin before exposure to sunlight!

Citrus Aurantium Bergamia Peel Oil, Limonene, Linalyl Acetate, Linalool, Pinene, Citral, Terpineol, Geranyl Acetate, Terpinolene, Beta-Caryophyllene, Alpha-Terpinene, Geraniol, Citronellol.

Contraindications

Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children, or people with an individual intolerance to bergamot.

Caution — highly concentrated

Store tightly closed, away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children! Do a skin sensitivity test before use! In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water! Not for internal use!
