ROSEMARY – ORGANIC ESSENTIAL OIL FOOD GRADE

The rosemary plant has been renowned since antiquity as both a spice and a remedy. Ancient Greeks, Egyptians, and Romans considered rosemary sacred, using it to purify the air, prevent the spread of disease, enhance memory, awaken vital energies, and soothe digestive and muscular ailments. In Greece, it was dedicated to Aphrodite, the goddess of love. During the Middle Ages, lovers wore it as a token of affection, while in Bulgaria, its legendary use for hair health earned it the folk name "grandmother’s hair."

The essential oil is obtained via steam distillation of the flowering tops and young branches of the Rosmarinus officinalis plant. It possesses a fresh, mild, balsamic, and pleasantly camphorous aroma with a warming effect. It is widely used in aromatherapy to stimulate memory and heart activity, relieve mental and physical fatigue, and alleviate muscle pain. The oil assists in nutrient absorption, supports detoxification, and has a pronounced anti-cellulite effect. It promotes faster hair growth, strengthens the hair shaft, and helps alleviate respiratory issues while acting as a natural insect repellent.

Directions for Use: For culinary purposes and aromatherapy.

• Dietary Supplement: 1–2 drops daily on a sugar cube, a teaspoon of honey, or dissolved in 100–150 ml of water.

• Culinary Use: 1 drop added to dressings, fish and meat dishes, or savory sauces.

Storage: Store in a dark, cool place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children and ensure the bottle is tightly closed!

Contraindications: Not for use by pregnant women, nursing mothers, children, or individuals with an intolerance to rosemary oil.
